Back Governance board culture

Good Board Vibes

TRAINING Good Board Vibes

Better Board Vibes is a practical workshop from huddl, helping boards get their governance foundations and culture right. It's facilitated by Dr Jo Cribb, an experienced board director, consultant and facilitator across the for-purpose sector.

Governance doesn't have to be complicated, but it does need to work. This session covers the essentials, roles and responsibilities, how decisions actually get made, and running meetings that stay useful rather than dragging on.

It also gets into board culture, the stuff that's harder to pin down but makes all the difference: how well people work together, communicate and bring out the best in each other around the table.

Whether you're new to board life or you've been doing it for years, you'll come away with clear, practical ways to help your board work better as a team.
